Accessories:
Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
Panels:The Panels will be made from 12 mm MDF boards and shall be 100 mm thick and 1230 mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.

Operation:
A large amount of repairs are as a result of incorrect operation by users. Movable wall panels are deceptively heavy due to the ease of operation but are capable of serious crush injuries. Your work place risk assessments should have taken this into account and state that only trained and authorized personnel may operate the wall. we will offer training on the safe and correct operation of your system to your staff.
Movable walls and sliding folding partitions do have a life cycle and there is a point where maintenance and repairs become either impossible or uneconomical.
